Return & Cancellation Policy

We offer our consumers a 7 days free return/exchange wherein a consumer can raise the return/exchange request of a product within 7 days of its delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You can return or exchange (only for size changes and defects) any product that you have bought from FabAlong.com within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product should is unused and in original condition, has all the original tags, original packaging & accessories in an unwashed & undamaged condition.

To initiate a return/exchange:

a. Within 7 days of receiving the product, inform our Customer Service team at support@fabalong.com or call us at 011 3391 5001 about your intention to return/exchange the product.
b. Our Customer Service team will schedule a pickup with our courier partner. If the courier fails to find you at the address after 3 attempts, INR 100 will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you, for the next pick schedule.
c. Please make sure the product returned contain the following:
  • Customer Invoice.
  • The product should contain the original tags, original packaging & accessories, in an unwashed & undamaged condition with all the original items.
d. A quality check will be performed on the returned product and once approved you will be provided a refund or a credit note after deducting COD charges if any, to be used within the next 6 months.
e. In case of an exchange a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost to you.
f. For replacement that is not available in the stock, a full refund or credit note of the same value to be used within the next 6 months will be provided.
g. We accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order. In case the product is bought under an offer or a sale, the amount refunded will be after deducting the proportionate discount.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

a. Within 72 hours of receiving a defective product, inform our Customer Service team at support@fabalong.com or call us at 011 3391 5001. Our Customer Service team will schedule a pickup with our courier partner. If the courier fails to find you at the pickup address after 3 attempts, INR 100 will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you, for the next pickup schedule.
b. Please make sure the product returned contain the following:
  • Customer Invoice.
  • The product should contain the original tags, original packaging & accessories, in an unwashed & undamaged condition with all the original items.
c. A quality check will be performed on the returned product and once approved, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost to you.
d. For products received that don’t pass the quality check, the product can neither be replaced nor be refunded.
e. For replacement that is not available in the stock, a full refund or credit note of the same value to be used within the next 6 months.
f. In the event you don’t want a replacement, we will offer a full refund or credit note of the same value to be used within the next 6 months.

CANCELLATIONS

a. You can cancel your Order by informing our Customer Service team at support@fabalong.com or calling us at 011 3391 5001, before it has been delivered to you. If you are canceling your Order via email, please include the order id and your phone number.
b. If the product has not yet been shipped, the entire amount you paid will be refunded to you after deducting the payment processing charges if any.
c. For products that have been shipped, but not yet delivered, inform our Customer Service team of the same. Do not accept the package and return the product through the courier as it tries to deliver it at your address. Your refund will be processed once we receive the ordered item back from the courier after deducting the courier and payment processing charges if any.

An Order cannot be cancelled under the following scenario:
  • Once the Order has been delivered to you.
  • Partial cancellation of Orders.
  • Special designer products that are made to order. Such products will be marked on the products page.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN/EXCHANGE FOR

To maintain high standards of hygiene the following product categories are excluded from return or exchange.
  • Lingerie, inner wear, socks, swimsuits
  • Fashion accessories, jewelry, fragile Items
  • Fragrances, beauty products
  • Marriage Vidhi Items & Kits
  • Special designer products that are made to order. Such products will be marked on the products page.
EXCEPTIONS

For certain offers and sales, special return/exchange/refund rules may apply which will be displayed on the product page.

REFUNDS

a. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days and the amount will be refunded in the same account (credit card/debit card/net-banking) from which the payment was made.
b. For COD payments the refunds will be processed via NEFT transfer in your Bank Account within 7-10 working days.
c. Credit note will be processed within 3 working days.

Under no circumstances will a cash refund be made in lieu of the same.
